Our essential prenatal multivitamin is the foundation of optimal nutrition to support conception. It contains the activated form of folate, minerals designed for optimal absorption, and vitamin & antioxidant support. Designed to help reduce the risk of neural tube defects; helps in the development and maintenance of bones, cartilage, teeth and gums; and helps to form red blood cells and in their proper function.

Recommended to be taken prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy at minimum. When paired with our Conception Essentials, or with your personalized program, it provides complete support for mother and baby.

Methylfolate (ʟ‑5‑Methyltetrahydrofolate) is the active form of folic acid. It supports all important NADPH synthesis, required for detoxification and tissue repair in the body. It also works with B12 to support detoxification, digestion, red blood cell formation (and prevention of anemia), and neurological function.

ʟ‑5‑Methyltetrahydrofolate also helps reduce the risk of neural-tube defects when taken prior to conception and during early pregnancy.

Supplementing with active folic acid can also prove beneficial for many people with impaired function of the enzyme that transforms regular folic acid to this active form the body easily recognizes and exploits.
